SUBSTRATE PREPARATION- The surface should be free from oil, grease, moisture, dust and dirt. For more details, please refer to the guide for surface preparation to select the right surface preparation method. Aged coating should be removed or roughened by suitable grinding media before application of this product. APPLICATION GUIDELINES- Hot phosphating/sandblasting for MS and chromatizing for Aluminum or GI is required before the application of Primer. For MS 3-in-1 solution may be used for pre-treatment but the life of the system will be inferior to the former. This should be followed by application of suitable Top coat if required. This is a two component product. Ensure recommended mixing proportions of Base, Hardener and Thinner and apply within the specified pot life. Film properties to be checked after maturity of film varying from 3 to 7 days.
