A Management Diploma holder with Masters in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) , he has rich experience Of 29+ years into Sales, Technical and Marketing . He has worked in various capacities across functions in various large Corporates into the field of Powder Coatings , Wood Finishes , Specialities , Electroplating , Anodising & Electocoatings.

Manas K Aich

Chief Technical Officer

Mr. Aich is an experienced Technical Expert and Managing overall R&D and Operations of the SBL group. He has more than 22 year of rich experience.He has M.Tech degree in Corrosion and Science of Surface Coatings from NIT Jamshedpur. He heads up R&D , Manufacturing and overall operations of the company.

Ajay Pratap Singh

Chief Marketing Officer

Mr. Singh is an experienced Sales and Business development executive with more than 24 years of field experience. He heads up the Project and Key Account Management, Technical Sales and Solutions , Warehousing and Logistic function. He has done B.Sc Chemistry and MBA Marketing.

Shyam Madan Dubey

Vice President Sales

Mr. Dubey has sound experience in Sales and Business development having more than 24 years of field experience.He has held key positions in companies such as MRF Specialty Coatings, ICI Paints and Hindustan Lever. At present he heads up Sales at National level. He has done B.Sc in Industrial Chemistry,Post Graduate Diploma in Sales & Marketing and MBA in Executive Programme from Delhi University

Sandeep Chowfla

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Chowfla is an expert in the field of total financial management of a company. He has more than 20 year of experience and held key positions in companies such as Morepen Laboratories Limited, Kamla Dial & Devices Ltd. And Samtel Color Ltd. Currently, he heads up the total Financial, IT and Stores functions of the company. He has done his B.Com and is a CA – intermediate.

Namita Sharma

Vice President HR & Administration

Ms. Sharma has rich experience in HR, IR and legal compliance function. She has held key positions in companies such as Vardhman Textile group at their mother unit located at Ludhiana,Unichem Laboratories Limited – Baddi and having more than 25 years of experience.She has done graduation in commerce and Post Gratuation Diploma in PM and IR. She heads up HR,IR, related Legal Compliances and Administration function.

Sanjeev Kushvaha

Mr. Sanjeev Kushvaha heads up Paint Manufacturing, Quality Control and Assurance, Safety and EHS functions. He has more than 28 year rich experience. He has graduated in 1994 from Rohilkhand University. He has worked in various capacities and held key positions in companies such as ICI (India) Limited Mohali currently being part of AkzoNobel group.

Sharad Bhiwaji Buchake

Mr. Sharad Bhiwaji Buchake has rich experience in the Paint Manufacturing industries with having more than 25 years of experience and held key positions in companies such as Mido Coatings Egypt, BASF India Ltd. and Kansai Nerolac Paints Ltd. Currently, he heads up R&D work of the SBL Group. Mr. Sharad Buchake is an experienced Technical Expert and Managing overall Research and Development function in the SBL Group. He has done B.Sc Chemistry of Science from Pune University & Post Graduate Diploma in Chemical Technology from VJTI, Mumbai.
