recommended use
Product Series is Two component high performance air drying cum force drying acrylic aliphatic polyurethane Clear/Matelic/Primer/ Pearl/Opaque Paint System. This product is recommended as Clear/Matelic/Primer/ Pearl/Opaque Coat with suitable primers or undercoats, for use in commercial vehicles, premium OEM applications, sports goods and general industrial applications. For achieving various transparent colors, the clear can be mixed with SBL Dyes Solutions.
application guidelines
This may be applied directly on ABS after cleaning with soap solution, followed by IPA cleaning. For PP Plastics a coat of PP Primer has to be applied. For MS, Aluminum and GI apply suitable primer (as per guideline of primer application) before application of this product. This is a two component product. Ensure recommended mixing proportions of Base, Hardener and Thinner and apply within the specified pot life. Film properties to be checked after maturity of film varying from 3 to 7 days.
