Product Series is One component thermosetting acrylic based Clear/Matelic/Pearl/Opaque paint system. This product is recommended as a Clear/Matelic/Pearl/Opaque coat and GI substrates for use in Fan, Automotive and general industrial and OEM applications. For achieving various transparent colors, the clear can be mixed with SBL Dyes Solutions.
application guidelines
Hot phosphating/Sandblasting for MS and chromatizing or Etch Primer for Aluminum or GI is required before application. For MS, 3-in-1 solution may be used for pre-treatment but the life of the system will be inferior to the former. Suitable primer should be applied, if required before application of this product.
