9007.05 UV Clear Matt for ABS

recommended use

This product is radiation curable clear coat with matt finish apply on ABS, PC, HIPS and PVC made articles. The product has recoatable property after soft sending.

application guidelines

Clean the substrate with cotton using IPA or suitable cleaning solvent. Apply base coat with desired DFT range and cure properly. apply top coat with prescribed DFT range. Give 2-3 min flash-off, give IR drying at 70 dc. Pass through UV-lamp in prescribed condition and parameters.
