Neostone (Base coat + Top Coat) is an excellent functional ceramic coating with Self Healing, a patented technology in which non-stick layer is restored by itself. Neostone beautiful texture and unique colors do not contain any toxic and heavy metal. Neostone is safe and attractive inorganic ceramic non stick coating.

application guidelines

Coating process for Neostone ceramic coatings is divided into 7 steps. First step is to De-grease the surface. Now do Sand Blasting (60-80 Mesh, Ra: 2.5~3.5 µ m). Clean the surface with Air blow. After cleaning Pre heat the surface (40 ~ 60°C). After Pre - heat apply Base Coat +Top Coat (wet-on-wet) by spraying. Cure the surface for 10 min (@ 280°C ~ 300°C). After curing check for Adhesion. DFT (35~40 µ m), Gloss and NS properties.
